Owen is skilled in finish trades including installation & demolition, lighting and electrical, granite and tile, all flooring material, cabinetry, appliance, plumbing, HVAC, painting and finish carpentry. Owen worked as a superintendent for a northwest construction company and was responsible for various supervision and project management on such things as installation & final inspection preparation. This is where Owen found his passion for building and desire to learn the building process. He is a graduate of ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) where he obtained his residential and commercial inspection certification.
Casey is experienced in retail management, home improvement and light construction work which piqued his interest in the property inspection industry. His attention to detail and knowledge base allow him to provide the best quality of service. He is a recent graduate of ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) where he obtained his residential and commercial Inspection certification. Casey strives to provide the utmost professionalism and accuracy during every inspection that he performs.
